Celebrations of Spirit
A Welcoming Home for the Spiritually Homeless
Hosted by Rosemary Robertson Bredeson and Richard Bredeson

Gathering the first and third Sundays of each month at 11:00 am Eastern time, at Perilla Wellness, 1481 B&A Blvd, Arnold, Maryland and via Zoom.

On each of these Sundays we will:

  • Create ritual space for safe inner work without dogma
  • Teach and explore the deeper wisdom available to us
  • Explore the many dimensions of life without judgment
  • Meditate on the nature of the human spirit

Rosemary and Richard explore the resources available to heal and celebrate, and to lift our consciousness. Come be part of this evolutionary movement of spirit and consciousness to bring more light into the world.

Celebrations of Spirit are offered through Church of A New Alliance, Inc., a Spiritual Study Center created by Revs. Rosemary and Richard Bredeson. This organization is an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit; as such all donations are tax deductible. These Celebrations are FREE and supported by your generous donations.

The next Celebration will be held on April 19 at 11:00 am Eastern

Forest Bathing: The meditative practice of full immersion
in the natural environment
Hosted by Dena Deglau, Ph.D. and Stephany Porter, ND

Join Dena and Stephany as we walk with you through the woods and invite you on a journey of restoration, exploration, and deep connection with the magic, wisdom and healing of the natural world.

During each walk, you will learn simple and accessible practices that help you become fully present and engage with the natural elements through all five senses. We will explore how to cultivate a respectful relationship with nature and how to build a meaningful connection with elements of the natural world so they become supportive spiritual allies.

Stepping into the forest does more than offer a quiet escape, it invites your nervous system to exhale. Ancient and current traditions know that time in nature lowers stress, lifts mood, and strengthens the immune system.  A walk among trees can calm the heart, clear the mind, and restore a sense of balance.

Our meditative walks are designed to offer both shared group experiences and quiet
individual moments of reflection. No prior experience or special expertise is required.

Please bring a water bottle, a journal, and clothing appropriate for the weather. Walks
will take place rain or shine.

WHEN: Walks will take place on the second Saturday of each month from 9:00 am-
10:30 am (rain or shine). The first walk will be Saturday, April 11, 2026.
(In case of very bad weather call Dena or Stephany to confirm.)

WHERE: Each session will begin at the Housley Road Trailhead (100 Housley Road,
Annapolis, MD). This trail connects to the Bacon Ridge Natural Area. Limited parking is
available on Housley Road (just past Stone Point Apartments) near the trail entrance.
Additional parking is available in the mall area directly across the street from the
trailhead if you are also shopping there.
