Our March Presentation by Karin Sokel

Cheryl introduced our March gathering of A Community of Transformation (ACT) which offered participants a powerful exploration of personal and collective awakening through a presentation by Karin Sokel titled “Initiated into the Infinite: Expanding Consciousness Beyond the Known.”

Karin shared insights drawn from neuroscience, spirituality, and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, suggesting that humanity is living through a time of profound “initiation.” As the pace of life accelerates and global systems shift, we are being invited to become more conscious of who we are being in the world. She explained how our thoughts and emotions create habitual patterns in the brain and body—and how awareness allows us to transform those patterns, moving from stress and survival into creativity, coherence, and a deeper connection with what she called the “universal I AM.”

Through stories, science, and interactive reflection, Karin encouraged participants to view life’s challenges not as setbacks but as initiations—opportunities for growth that dissolve old identities and reveal a truer, more expansive self. The discussion also touched on the exciting possibility that a collective shift in consciousness is unfolding, inviting individuals and communities to participate in creating a more awakened world.

The presentation sparked thoughtful conversation and renewed inspiration among attendees. It was a powerful reminder that personal transformation ripples outward—and that gatherings like ACT provide a supportive space to explore these ideas together.

Our music for the day was offered by the brilliant Sahffi Lynn, an international singer/songwriter, vocal coach, and sacred guide offering their music, meditations, and teachings as medicine to illuminate your connection.
