Dena at Work

Dena’s wise and gentle presentation on Sunday took me deeply into an experiential time of expanded energy.  Dena is a Shamanic Practitioner trained and formally initiated in the ancient Inca tradition of Saminchakuy and Saywachakuy. Her talk entitled, “Clearing your Energy Pathways,” did just that. After a short talk about energy explaining that every single thing is made up of energy and also covering high vibration energy, Sami and low vibration energy or heavy energy and how to send heavy energy down to Pachamama. After Dena touched upon the concept of the energy bubble we live in, she then led us into several meditations giving us the experience of expanding our energy bubble. I felt totally relaxed, expanded and lighter— like I had more Sami, as she called the highest vibration. We were all very gifted with Dena’s ability to help

us restore our natural flow of energy. She condensed so much wisdom and magic in 2 hours and, though I didn’t understand all of it, I left feeling lighter, expanded and more prepared for what she called the sacred reciprocity.
