February Gathering: “Life Mastery and Living your Best Life: How the philosophy of Shuhari applies to personal growth” with Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson

February 8 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Let’s learn about the Japanese term Shuhari.  Raymont will describe the differences between a technician of a skill and an artist, and the life benefits of artistry.

During his talk Raymont will guide us as we:

  1. Explore the concept of life mastery.
  2. Apply the concepts in real time to aspects of our lives.
  3. Gain understanding of what it means to live the principles beyond simply practicing them.

We will leave with tools to discern what is and is not Life-Affirming, practices to enhance the quality and meaning of life, and leverage our mental equivalents in ways that have a profound impact on our lives, relationships, finances, etc.
