Another amazing ACT program! We learned about the “Higher Realms” with Alison Cullinane. She shared information, stories, and practical tips on how we can connect with aspects of the higher realms, work with them, and receive their help and support.

We enjoyed a brief meditation where we were invited to connect with a being (guide/aspect) of the higher realms to be part of our own personal team. It was fun to share in small group discussions our experience and what guide showed up for each of us.
